The beautiful lady was naturally introduced to a Rajput family in Shimla, HP Rajputs are known for their bravery and courage. Her father was an Indian officer in the Indian army. 

She came to Mumbai and established herself as a superstar. She was immensely popular during the late ’80s and ’90s. She was selected as the promising actress in a leading role many times. She has many successful movies under her belt. She belongs to a sleepy town called Rohru and is an alumnus of the famous St. Bede’s College in Shimla. 

Zinta is mainly known in the Indian media for her straightforward nature and for honestly expressing her forthright opinions in public, be it about her on-screen or off-screen life or raising a voice against social injustice. 

Mohit Chauhan

Mohit Chauhan is a prominent Indi Pop singer from the local band, Silk Route. He is regarded as one of the best singers of all time; his work on Bollywood music and his gifts to Indian music is just beyond comparison. He is gifted by god. He can play the guitar, saxophone, flute, and harmonica. A singer of sentimental romantic songs, he says if he didn’t become a musician, he probably would have been a farmer. 

He completed his high school and graduation from St. Xavier, Delhi. Although he never obtained any traditional training in music, he picked up singing, playing the guitar, harmonica, and the flute on his own and then came back to Delhi in 1996, forming the group Silk Route, with schoolmate Kem Trivedi as a pianist. He infiltrated Bollywood in 2002 with songs like Pehli Nazar Mein Dari Thi for the movie Road, then on to Khoon Chala for Rang De Basanti and Masakali for the movie Delhi -6. 

He is the real rockstar of the blockbuster movie “Rockstar.”

 Dalip Singh Rana, better understood by the ring name The Great Khali, is born in India and worked as a skilled American wrestler, champion, model, and entertainer who is best known for his great work in extremely popular WWE. He is also the first Indian to win the World Heavyweight Championship in WWE history. 

Rana was born to Jwala Ram and his wife Tandi Devi in a prominent Punjabi Hindu household of the Dhiraina town of Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur district. 

He has made his hometown and his state well renowned not only in India but also across the globe. 

He is surprisingly the first Indian to win the world heavyweight championship in WWE history. 

Captain Vikram Batra: Sher Shah of the Kargil

The courageous soldier whose efforts in the battlefield transcended heroism. 

Born on 9 September 1974, in Himachal Pradesh, Vikram Batra spent his childhood in Palampur’s elegant mountain town. 

He was awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest and most prestigious award for velour, for his actions during the 1999 Kargil War. 

He is a true hero, and people will always remember him.

The actor has been a part of numerous film initiatives and has appeared in Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Chinese, and English language movies. The versatile has fiddled comic as well as villainous roles and has managed to wow to the audience with each of his performances.

Tenzin Gyatso aka Dalai Lama
